Bon Odori

My dear staff Rena Loo is crazy about Japan and Japanese culture (and most importantly, Japanese boys). Since she is leaving a LOFT of things soon, we decided to have a little Bon Odori party in our shop last week, and all of us wore yukata to work.

It's really funny when none of us dare to go out buying dinner and almost starved ourselves to death until Samuel da-bao for us and save us all.

Goodbye Rena, thanks for your service and wish you all the best!

Timeless pattern: Polka Dots

Friends know I am obsessed with polka dots. This is the latest batch of my polka dots collection. Actually this collection has been here for a few weeks, just didn't have time to take photo of them. But who cares, polka dot is just TIMELESS

Faye Ho and Her Brother

These gorgeous people are customers who visited me last week. Good news is, they are not couple. They are siblings. Bad news is, the cute girl Faye Ho is married. So, sorry guys.

(Oh but the hunk on the right is single, I presumed. So, hurry girls, take action before he is taken.)

I like the way they dress, super comfy, don't you think? On Faye is a baggy plaid shirt (available at a LOFT of things) and a pair of shorts that shows her slim legs.

Thanks to Time Out Magazine

Below are photos taken by Time Out magazine (Therefore they own the copyright). The photographer was nice enough to teach me a few tricks for posing. Million thanks to Emma, Anthony and the photographer (where is his name card? I forgot the name of the nice Malay guy. I'm such a horrible person.)

All outfits are, of course, available at a LOFT of things.

Rain or Shine, I Love You

We have been selling these "Rain Shoes" for a while. Since my previous post about canvas shoes was so well received, we thought we'll post the photos of these shoes as well.

"Rain Shoes" like these are so popular in Japan and Hong Kong now. And they wear it in summer! I guess it's especially convenient during rainy days, just wipe off the mud after wearing it. You can match it with either a pair of jeans, shorts or even a dress!
